MIRO SPICY SAUCE — REAPER, GRILLED PINEAPPLE & WHISKY

A sauce fermented for 21 days, combining Carolina Reaper, caramelised grilled pineapple and toasted onion to create a rich, sweet and smoky base. Fermentation develops depth and complexity, balancing the extreme heat of the Reaper with fruity and lightly acidic notes.

During the finishing stage, the sauce is refined with bourbon, apple cider vinegar, honey and smoked paprika, resulting in a glossy texture with a slight thickness, reminiscent of a glaze.

The flavour opens with the sweetness of grilled fruit and honey, evolves into deep smokiness, and finishes with the powerful and persistent heat of the Carolina Reaper.

Perfect for BBQ, ribs, pulled pork, grilled chicken or roasted meats, where its sweet-smoky profile and deep heat complement rich, caramelised dishes
